Justice

Justice Records, founded in 1994 by the French electronic music duo Justice (Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay), emerged as a prominent force in the electronic and dance music scene. Initially gaining attention with their 2003 single "Waters of Nazareth," the label became synonymous with the electro house genre, characterized by its heavy basslines and distorted sounds. In 2007, Justice released their critically acclaimed debut album, "Cross," which included hits like "D.A.N.C.E." and "Genesis," solidifying their influence on the electro and indie dance movements. The label has been home to various artists, including SebastiAn and Mr. Oizo, contributing to the French Touch movement alongside Daft Punk and others. Justice Records is recognized for its innovative approach to music production and striking visual aesthetics, leaving a lasting legacy in the electronic music landscape and inspiring a new generation of artists. The label continues to evolve, reflecting the dynamic nature of electronic music.
