Brennan Buddy And His Orchestra

Buddy Gilmore was a jazz drummer born in 1880 in North Carolina, known for his innovative use of an expanded drum kit in vaudeville performances and his role in popular orchestras. He gained notability for teaching the Prince of Wales and for his recordings with the Europe's Society Orchestra, including "Castle House Rag." Gilmore's legacy includes visual representations in a portrait by John Gutmann and a photograph at the Whitney Museum of American Art.
