Jacks One-Eyed

One-Eyed Jacks is a 1961 American Western film directed by and starring Marlon Brando, marking his only directorial effort. The story follows Rio, played by Brando, who seeks revenge on his former partner and mentor, now a sheriff, after being betrayed and imprisoned for five years. The film features a notable cast including Karl Malden and Pina Pellicer, and was considered significant enough to be preserved in the National Film Registry in 2018. Despite mixed reviews and a modest box office performance, it is recognized for its cinematography and Brando's unique directorial style.
