Hank MacDonald

Norm Macdonald (1959–2021) was a Canadian comedian, actor, and writer known for his distinctive deadpan delivery and eccentric humor. He gained prominence as a cast member and anchor of the Weekend Update segment on Saturday Night Live from 1993 to 1998 and was celebrated for his performances on late-night talk shows, particularly those hosted by Conan O'Brien and David Letterman. Macdonald starred in films like Dirty Work and created his sitcom, The Norm Show, which aired from 1999 to 2001. He also hosted various talk shows and provided voice work for animated series. Macdonald passed away from leukemia in September 2021, a diagnosis he kept private.
