Harte Roy & Holland Milt

Roy S. Harte (May 27, 1924 – October 26, 2003) was an American jazz drummer and a prominent figure in the music industry, known for co-founding Nocturne Records and Pacific Jazz Records. He partnered with Remo Belli to establish "Drum City," a renowned drum shop in West Hollywood, and was active in the music scene from 1943 until his death, contributing to various genres including swing and cool jazz. Harte's career also included endorsements and collaborations with several notable artists and bands throughout the mid-20th century.
