Paramor Norrie And His Orchestra

Norrie Paramor (1913–1979) was a prominent British record producer, composer, and conductor known for his influential work with Cliff Richard and the Shadows from the late 1950s to the early 1970s. Active since the 1940s, he produced numerous chart-topping hits, held the record for most UK number one singles alongside George Martin, and composed music for various films and theatrical productions. Paramor served as the musical director for the 1968 Eurovision Song Contest and continued to be an active force in the music industry until his death in 1979.
