Rudy JacksonRudy Tomjanovich is a former American basketball player and coach, born on November 24, 1948, in Hamtramck, Michigan. He played his entire NBA career (1970-1981) with the San Diego/Houston Rockets, earning five All-Star selections and winning two NBA championships as a coach with the Rockets in 1994 and 1995. Tomjanovich also coached the U.S. national team to a gold medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2021. His coaching career with the Rockets spanned from 1992 to 2003, after which he briefly coached the Los Angeles Lakers. (Source: Wikipedia)
