Jewel BlanchW&G Records was an Australian recording label active from the early 1950s until the 1970s, functioning as a subsidiary of White & Gillespie, a Melbourne engineering firm. The label is notable for releasing significant recordings by popular Australian artists during the 1960s and for distributing American artist records through the ABC-Paramount label until 1960. W&G also established a subsidiary label, In Records, recognized for its classic mid-1960s recordings by the Loved Ones. Key personnel included recording engineer Bill Armstrong, who worked at W&G before founding his own studio. (Source: Wikipedia)
