Riley Billy LeeBilly Lee Riley (1933–2009) was an influential American singer-songwriter and record producer known for key rockabilly and blues recordings like "Flyin' Saucers Rock and Roll" and "Red Hot." Emerging from Sun Studios in the 1950s, he became notable for his energetic performances and distinctive stage presence, although commercial success eluded him compared to contemporaries like Jerry Lee Lewis. After stepping away from music in the early 1970s, he returned to recording in the 1990s, and his work continued to garner recognition, culminating in a Grammy-nominated album in 1997. Riley passed away from bone cancer in 2009. (Source: Wikipedia)
