The Romani people[k] (/ˈroʊməni/ ⓘ or /ˈrɒməni/), also known as the Roma (sg.: Rom) or Romanies (sg.: Romany), are an Indo-Aryan ethnic group[72][73][74] who traditionally lived a nomadic, itinerant lifestyle.
