Larry Dale

Larry Dale, born Ennis L. Lowery on January 7, 1923, was an American blues singer and guitarist known for his work in the early to mid-20th century. Active in the 1950s and 1960s, he initially gained recognition as a session musician in New York and recorded with notable artists, contributing to albums that influenced other musicians, including Brian Jones of The Rolling Stones. Dale is remembered for his recordings such as "Let the Doorbell Ring" and "Drinkin' Wine-Spo-Dee-O-Dee." He passed away on May 19, 2010, at the age of 87.
