Bill Morgan

Morgan "Bill" Evans (1910-2002) was a prominent horticulturalist known for his pivotal role in the landscape design of Disney theme parks over a span of fifty years. He notably transformed 80 acres of orange groves into Disneyland's lush scenery and continued to work on various projects for Disney, including EPCOT Center and several international parks, after the original park's opening in 1955, eventually becoming the director of landscape architecture. Evans was honored posthumously with the American Society of Landscape Architects Medal for his significant contributions to landscape architecture.
