Soupy Sales

Soupy Sales, born Milton Supman (1926–2009), was a prominent American comedian and television personality known for his distinctive children's show, "Lunch with Soupy Sales" (later "The Soupy Sales Show"), which aired from 1953 to 1966 and featured slapstick humor, including his trademark pies in the face. He also appeared as a panelist on the revival of "What's My Line?" and hosted a radio show on WNBC in New York during the 1980s. Sales contributed significantly to children's entertainment and comedy and remains notable for his improvisational style and engaging character puppets throughout his career, which spanned several decades.
