Band Siegel-Schwall

The Siegel–Schwall Band was an American electric blues band formed in 1964 in Chicago by Corky Siegel and Jim Schwall. Active until 1974 and briefly reuniting from 1987 to 2016, they released ten albums and were notable for blending blues with other genres, performing with symphonies, and creating a lighter blues sound. Despite not achieving the commercial success of contemporaries like the Butterfield Blues Band, they gained respect within the Chicago blues scene and were known for their energetic live performances.
