Belvoir St Theatre is an influential Australian theatre company located in Sydney, originally established in 1984 as Company B. Known for its innovative productions and commitment to diverse Australian voices, it operates two spaces: the 330-seat Upstairs Theatre and the 80-seat Downstairs Theatre. After extensive renovations in the mid-2000s, it reopened with renewed focus under the direction of various artistic leaders, currently Eamon Flack. The company has garnered numerous awards, including a record thirteen Helpmann Awards in 2019, and has nurtured the careers of many prominent artists in the Australian theatre community.
