The IntriguesThe Intrigues were an American music group from Philadelphia, formed in 1968, featuring members Alfred Brown, James Harris, James Lee, and Ronald Hamilton. They gained recognition in the late 1960s with hits such as "In a Moment" and "The Language of Love," the former reaching notable chart positions in both pop and R&B. After a hiatus from 1972, the group reformed in 1985 with new lead singer William Nobles Sr. Despite their early success, they did not replicate that acclaim with subsequent releases, including a 1970 LP of the same name as their hit single.
