Dudley MooreDudley Moore (1935–2002) was an English actor, comedian, musician, and composer, notable for his role in the British satire boom of the 1960s and his collaborations with Peter Cook, particularly in the comedy revue Beyond the Fringe. Moore gained fame in Hollywood with hit films like Arthur, for which he received an Academy Award nomination and won two Golden Globes. His career also included musical endeavors, and he was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) shortly before his death.
