Classics IV (Dennis Yost)

Classics IV is an American band formed in 1965 in Jacksonville, Florida, primarily known for their hit songs "Spooky," "Stormy," and "Traces," which gained significant popularity during the late 1960s. The group originally consisted of Dennis Yost, J. R. Cobb, and Walter Eaton, and their music spans genres like soft rock and blue-eyed soul. They achieved notable commercial success, with several of their singles reaching the Billboard Hot 100, and were inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame in 1993. After experiencing a period of inactivity, the band reformed in the 2000s and continues to tour.
