Sea (Seay) Johnny

Johnny Seay (1940–2016), also known as Johnny Sea, was an American country music singer-songwriter recognized for his contributions to the genre from the late 1950s through the 1970s. He gained prominence with hits like "Frankie's Man Johnny" and the 1966 Grammy-nominated single "Day For Decision," which also made a mark on pop charts. Following his initial success, he shifted to a cowboy lifestyle but continued to record music under his given name, achieving additional country hits before his death in a plane crash in Texas at age 75.
