Tony Spinner, born on June 9, 1963, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is an American rock and blues musician recognized for his work with the band Toto and guitarist Paul Gilbert. He was active with Toto from 1999 until 2008, contributing as a backup guitarist and vocalist, notably performing lead on "Stop Loving You." Spinner has maintained a solo career and participated in various collaborative projects, showcasing his skills in multiple music genres since 1977.
