Kim Fowley

Kim Fowley (1939–2015) was an American record producer, songwriter, and musician known for his influential role in the music industry during the 1960s and 1970s. He produced numerous novelty pop rock hits, managed the all-girl band The Runaways, and was recognized for his eccentric personality and unique contributions to rock music. Fowley worked with various artists, including Gene Vincent and Joan Jett, and produced songs for notable acts while leaving a lasting impact on the glam rock and protopunk scenes. His extensive career spanned over five decades, and he became a cult figure in the history of rock and roll.
