Mashmakhan

Mashmakhan was a Canadian rock band formed in 1969 in L'Île-Perrot, Quebec, known primarily for their hit single "As the Years Go By," which topped the charts in Canada and achieved significant success internationally. The band, which blended psychedelic and progressive rock, was active until 1971, producing two albums and participating in the Festival Express concerts. Although they did not maintain domestic success, interest in their music revived in the early 2000s, particularly following their appearance in the documentary film "Festival Express."
