Michael Dees

Tony Dees, born on August 6, 1963, in Pascagoula, Mississippi, is a former American hurdler known for his achievements in the 110 meters hurdles. He won a silver medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics and was a five-time national champion in the indoor 60 meter hurdles. Dees ranked among the top hurdlers globally during the 1990s, with notable placements in world championships. His career was marred by two anti-doping bans, ultimately resulting in a lifetime suspension. After retiring, he transitioned to coaching, achieving success with various track and field athletes. Dees is also an inductee of the Ole Miss track hall of fame.
