Tedd Browne

Tedd Browne (1929–1968) was an American singer-songwriter known for his contributions to the folk music genre during the mid-20th century. He gained recognition through appearances on television shows like The Tonight Show and The Mike Douglas Show, and he performed at President Lyndon B. Johnson's inaugural ball. Browne was tragically murdered in 1968 while returning from a performance in Cleveland, with suggestions that his death was racially motivated. His musical legacy includes several albums released between 1957 and 1968.
