Hal Blaine

Hal Blaine (1929–2019) was an influential American drummer and session musician, regarded as one of the most recorded drummers in music history, with claims of over 35,000 sessions and contributions to numerous top hits, including 150 US top 10 singles. A prominent member of the Wrecking Crew, Blaine played on significant recordings for artists such as Frank Sinatra and the Beach Boys. His career spanned from the late 1940s until the 1980s, after which he received multiple honors including induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. Blaine's innovative drumming techniques left a lasting impact on the music industry.
