ARC Various ArtistsAngular Recording Corporation was a British independent record label founded in June 2003 by Joe Daniel and Joe Margetts in New Cross, South East London, and it operated until 2012. Notable for its focus on angular pop music and for launching the careers of several influential bands including Bloc Party and Art Brut, the label gained attention with its debut release, "The New Cross: An Angular Sampler," which was highly reviewed in NME. The label faced significant setbacks, including losing its entire stock in the 2011 England riots. (Source: Wikipedia)
