Bobbi Martin

Bobbi Martin, born Barbara Ann Martin on November 29, 1938, was an American country and pop music singer-songwriter and guitarist who gained prominence during the 1960s and 1970s. Starting her career in Baltimore, she achieved notable success with her hit singles such as "Don't Forget I Still Love You" and "For the Love of Him," the latter reaching No. 1 on the Adult Contemporary chart. Martin continued to perform in various venues and appeared frequently on television until her passing from cancer on May 2, 2000. Her music encompassed genres like pop, country, and adult contemporary, establishing her as a notable figure in the American music scene.
