Maddox Brothers & RoseThe Maddox Brothers and Rose were an American country music group active from the 1930s to the 1950s, featuring brothers Fred, Cal, Cliff, Don, and sister Rose Maddox. Originating from Alabama, the group gained prominence after relocating to California during the Great Depression, becoming notable for their influence on "hillbilly music" and early country boogie. They recorded several successful albums and were considered one of California's top hillbilly bands before disbanding in 1956, after which Rose pursued a solo career. The last surviving member, Don Maddox, passed away in 2021. (Source: Wikipedia)
