Terry Gilkyson

Terry Gilkyson (1916–1999) was an American folk singer-songwriter known for his influential work in the 1950s and 1960s. He gained prominence for writing popular songs such as "The Cry of the Wild Goose" and "Memories Are Made of This," and is notably recognized for his contributions to Disney films, including the Academy Award-nominated "The Bare Necessities" from The Jungle Book.
