Gap Band VII is the ninth studio album by the American R&B and funk band The Gap Band, released in 1985 under Total Experience Records. The album features popular tracks such as "Going in Circles," "Automatic Brain," and "Ooh, What a Feeling," showcasing the band's signature sound and catchy melodies. Although it achieved moderate commercial success, peaking at number six on the US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, it marked a continuation of the band’s influence in the funk and R&B genres during the 1980s. An expanded remastered version was released in 2013.
