Fudge Vanilla

Vanilla Fudge is an American rock band formed in New York City in 1967, recognized for their innovative hard rock arrangements of contemporary pop songs. Active initially until 1970, they gained notable success with their hit cover of "You Keep Me Hangin' On," and released five albums during this period. They are considered influential in bridging psychedelia and heavy metal, also paving the way for proto-prog rock. After disbanding, they reunited several times, most recently touring with three of the original members, and they continue to perform, contributing to their legacy in rock music.
