Ruby & The Romantics

Ruby & the Romantics was an American R&B vocal group formed in Akron, Ohio, during the 1960s, consisting of members Ruby Nash, George Lee, Ronald Mosely, Leroy Fann, and Ed Roberts. They achieved significant popularity with their hit "Our Day Will Come," which topped both the Billboard Hot 100 and R&B charts in 1963, and became known for their smooth harmonies, influencing later artists such as The Temptations and The Carpenters. Despite modest commercial success post-1960s, the group gained acclaim over time, receiving numerous awards and inductions into various Halls of Fame, including the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2007 and the National Rhythm & Blues Hall of Fame in 2013.
